This eco-label certification requires farms to protect water quality, restore streams, conserve water, prevent soil erosion, manage animals, use alternatives to chemicals, and promote native biodiversity. Salmon-Safe wine, produce, eggs, milk and other products are available at local groceries, farmers markets, restaurants, and directly through participating farms.
